The 100% virtual Investor Ready Program is designed to accelerate women tech founders through the early stage (pre-seed/seed) of business growth - equipping our founders with the confidence, skills, knowledge and connections they need to get investor ready and raise funding.
Do you want to pitch like an experienced and confident entrepreneur? Do you need to secure funding, customers or inspire employees to join your startup? Then the ELEVACAO program may be for you.
The program is a combination of interactive workshops and mentoring over an 8-week period. September 7 through to October 28, 2021. You don't need to give up your day job to attend! The topics covered include;
Week 1: Get Investor Ready
We go deep into how to get investor ready and funded, focusing on the Australian and US markets.
Week 2: Legal
We cover all the important things you need to do to set-up your business the right way, and be legally ready for investor funding. Including: corporate formation, governance, fundraising issues, IP and commercial contracts overview.
Week 3: Business Modeling & Financials
Typically one of the weakest area’s of a pitch - how you will make money, and present your current and future business model and financials in a clear succinct manner.
Week 4: Go-to-Market Strategy
Typically the second weakest area of a pitch - how will you get customers, keep them engaged/buying/using you, and then referring. We focus on building a culture of Sales & Marketing excellence.
Week 5: Tech
How do you build a tech company if you are not a technical founder or have a technical co-founder? We focus on the key elements required to build a successful tech business.
Week 6: Get Pitch Ready
We will help you build and deliver a superior pitch that convey’s your story and creates an emotional connection with your audience, backed by a robust business model and go-to-market strategy.
Week 7: Pitch Session 1
Practice your pitch in a safe environment with highly experienced experts who are all focused on helping you to elevate your business to the next level.
Week 8: Pitch Session 2
Round 2 of the pitch practice session to a new panel of experts.
